Meet Capt. Frank

Capt. Frank has spent a lifetime on the water, bringing over 20 years of experience specializing in back bay and inshore fishing. A graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Boatswain Mate A School in Yorktown, Virginia, and a licensed U.S. Merchant Mariner, he combines expert training with deep local knowledge to deliver a top-tier fishing experience. With the fisheries constantly evolving, Capt. Frank has developed a wide range of techniques and targets a variety of species to ensure every trip is both productive and memorable. He has also competed in tournament big game fishing up and down the East Coast and is a licensed New Jersey EMT, further ensuring your safety on board.

His vessel, the Lil’ Frigger—a 2015 23’ Cape Classic—is perfectly suited for 2–3 guests and built for both shallow water and inshore excursions. Fully equipped with light tackle spinning and fly fishing setups, the Lil’ Frigger offers anglers the opportunity to pursue flounder, striped bass, weakfish, bluefish, false albacore, and even the occasional bluefin tuna. The boat is fully outfitted and ready to fish—just bring yourself!
